About Us
Top Bitcoin Casinos is an independent comparison site for US players who want to gamble with cryptocurrency. We research Bitcoin and crypto casinos, with a particular focus on no KYC play, and explain the trade-offs so you can decide for yourself. This page covers who we write for, how we rank sites, how we earn money and where the legal lines are blurry.
Age and risk notice: You must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where your state or the casino sets that minimum. Gambling can lead to losing money, and crypto prices can swing while you play. If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.
Why this site exists
Many US players cannot access a licensed online casino in their state. Legal online casino gaming exists in only a handful of states, such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island. Those regulated operators do not run on crypto. Players elsewhere, or players who value speed and privacy, often end up looking at offshore crypto casinos.
Information in this space is often thin or promotional. We aim to give a clear, practical picture instead: which coins are supported, how deposits and withdrawals work on-chain, what verification a site asks for, and what the bonus terms really mean.
Who we write for
- Crypto-native players who already use wallets and want to compare coin support, payout speed and provably fair games.
- Players with no local option who need help with both choosing a casino and getting set up with coins.
- Privacy and speed seekers who want minimal verification and quick cash-outs, and want to know how anonymous a site really is.
- Bonus-hunters and switchers comparing deposit matches, cashback and rakeback.
We assume you know how casino games work. Our coverage concentrates on the crypto side: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, plus network fees and confirmation times.
The legal grey area, stated plainly
There is no federal legalization of online casinos in the US. The casinos we review are offshore, typically licensed in places such as Curaçao or Anjouan rather than by any US regulator. That puts them in a legal grey area for US players. We do not describe them as regulated or clearly legal in the US, and we do not claim any site is available in every state.
State laws differ, and many offshore sites exclude certain states. Check your own state's rules and the casino's restricted-territory list before you register. We do not advise using false details, or any workaround, to get around geoblocks, identity checks or anti-money-laundering rules. A VPN can also breach a casino's terms of service, which can put your balance at risk.
Winnings and crypto gains can be taxable in the US. This is general information only, so consult a qualified tax professional.
What no KYC really means to us
"No KYC" usually means a casino does not ask for identity documents at signup or for small withdrawals. It rarely means never. Sites can still request verification for large cashouts, suspicious activity or compliance reasons. Crypto is pseudonymous, not anonymous, because blockchain transactions are public. We treat no KYC as a privacy feature, never as a way to hide income, avoid taxes or move illicit funds.
How we assess casinos
Our rankings draw on desk research and a review of the information operators publish. We have not claimed to have deposited, played or withdrawn at any site. The factors we weigh are:
- Supported coins and stablecoins, and on-chain deposit and withdrawal options.
- Stated payout speed and withdrawal limits, treated as advertised claims rather than verified results.
- Verification requirements and how clearly they are explained.
- Licensing information the operator discloses, noted as offshore and not as US approval.
- Game range: slots, live dealer tables, crash, dice, Plinko and in-house originals, and whether provably fair games are offered.
- Bonus structure, with wagering requirements, time limits and eligibility.
- Security features such as two-factor authentication, plus customer support and responsible gambling tools.
Editorial ratings are our own scores. They are not customer-review scores. Where a detail could not be verified, we say so.
How we earn money
We may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this site. That relationship does not buy a higher ranking, and commission does not decide position. It does mean we have a financial interest in clicks, so treat our comparisons as one input and read each casino's own terms before depositing.
The sites we currently feature
The ranked cards on our pages currently list BetPanda, CoinCasino, Cryptorino, Blockbet, BC Game, Winna, Thrill, Hyperlucky, Cybet and Wild.io. Their headline offers appear on the cards. Every offer carries conditions, usually a wagering requirement, a deadline, a minimum deposit and eligibility limits, and these vary by operator and may change. Always read the full bonus terms on the casino's site.
- BetPanda sits first with a 10% weekly cashback. Cashback only returns part of net losses, so it does not offset the risk of losing.
- CoinCasino advertises a 200% deposit bonus up to $30,000. Large matches usually come with large playthrough requirements, so the headline figure can be hard to convert into withdrawable funds.
- Cryptorino pairs a match of up to 1 BTC with weekly cashback. That bonus is denominated in Bitcoin, so its dollar value moves with the market.
Ratings are close at the top of the list, so small differences should not decide your choice. Match the casino to your priorities, such as coin support, verification rules or bonus structure.
Our limits
We cannot see inside an operator's compliance decisions. Terms, licences, restricted states and offers change, and our information was last checked on Oct 1, 2026. We are not a law firm, tax adviser or financial adviser.
Play responsibly
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and never to recover losses or escape stress. Offshore casinos may not provide the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators, so use deposit limits and set your own boundaries. Crypto prices can fall between deposit and withdrawal, adding risk on top of the house edge. Our responsible gambling page lists tools and support. For free, confidential help, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
